Coil-It, Inc. was developed as a separate entity of Majestic Spring, Inc., for design, engineering, research and development, prototyping & sampling, and testing springs, rings, and wireforms. This group specializes on development, and design/process/product improvements of springs, rings, wireforms, and assemblies. Our extensive knowledge of wire and steel materials, allows us to qualify and quantify any product design. Analyses are performed using DFMEA and PFMEA to evaluate each design thoroughly. Preventative measures are taken as a proactive measure, however, we are also reactive to our customers' requirements. Most manufacturing companies do not have the resources to do the engineering of springs, rings and wireforms in-house. Our largest clients are other spring and four-slide companies.   We use accreditted labs for the most severe and sensitive testing, as well as our own in-house capabilities.
